Hello. It's me again. Enjoyed the game overall, but I seem to have encountered an issue with this game as well. When I originally played the game, I wasn't able to access the Kayle and Morgana scene because I apparently didn't complete all the other scenes. I checked the quest log and it said that I still didn't do Neeko, even though I did. I started a new save file and I chose to do Neeko first this time around. But when I completed the scene, it said that I completed Rakan's scene instead. I initially thought that the game had switched Rakan and Neeko in the quest log by accident. But when I eventually did Xayah and Rakan's scene, it showed that Neeko's scene still wasn't complete.
Wow, I can't believe some of these bugs were never noticed even after the 3+ years since this game was released! Thank you for bringing it to my attention. Were you able to play all 18 tickle scenes in the end? Including the Kayle and Morgana ones?
I tried that and just realized that I had it wrong. I thought to tickle them, I had to have all the other scenes marked as complete. But I just had to judge the people of Targon, which I didn't do. Looks like I wasn't paying enough attention. I'm very sorry for the false alarm.

I could play all the other ones in-game except for the Kayle and Morgana one. I could only access Kayle and Morgana scenes in the replay room.
Have you tried going to straight to Targon for the scene? I tried doing that, and it seemed to work for me.
